TechCity Online Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup Policy

1. General Shipping Policy TechCity Online is committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers across Botswana. Our goal is to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and securely, whether shipped to your location or picked up from our designated collection points.

2. Free Shipping Eligibility

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over P5000.

  • Orders below P5000 will incur a standard shipping fee, which varies based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the package.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Options & Timelines

  • We deliver to all major towns and cities across Botswana.

  • Delivery times vary based on product availability and location:

    • Gaborone and Surrounding Areas: 1-2 business days.

    • Major Towns (Francistown, Maun, Palapye, etc.): 2-3 business days.

    • Remote and Outlying Areas: 3-5 business days.

  • Some products may have longer lead times due to supplier processing or custom orders. If an item requires additional time, this will be communicated at checkout or via email.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • We partner with reliable courier services for secure and timely deliveries.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once their order has been dispatched.

  • You can track your order on our website or directly through the courier’s tracking platform.

5. Pickup Policy (Click & Collect)

  • Customers can choose to pick up their orders from our designated collection points.

  • Orders for pickup are usually ready within 1-2 business days (depending on stock availability and location).

  • Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for collection.

  • A valid order confirmation (email/SMS) and ID will be required for pickup.

6. Delivery & Pickup Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

  • Certain oversized or fragile items may have special delivery requirements and may not be eligible for standard shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, a re-delivery fee may be charged.

7. Order Processing & Delays

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Delays may occur due to stock availability, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • If an order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

  • TechCity Online is not liable for theft or loss of parcels after delivery confirmation.
